The Alliance Regional Water Authority (ARWA) Raw Water Infrastructure & Groundwater Treatment Plant project initially enlisted JH Engineering, LLC (JHE) for inspection services and the development of Equipment Test Reports (ETRs). Recognizing JHE’s value, the client quickly expanded JHE’s role to include support for Commissioning and Startup (C&SU) efforts.

This first phase of the water treatment plant (WTP) has a capacity of 19.51 million gallons per day (MGD), with plans for future expansion. JHE played a critical role in helping the construction team bring the plant online, leveraging their expertise in testing and troubleshooting to expedite operations. Given the urgency to meet rising water demands, JHE collaborated closely with ARWA and the construction team, working diligently to meet the project's tight deadlines.

The WTP sources groundwater from two different water authorities, treating it with chemicals and filtering it to meet strict water quality standards. The treated water is then distributed to multiple delivery points via high-service pumps.
